"To be honest
Black lives don’t matter to black lives
How many times have we heard the story
Of little Ray Ray shooting Pootie
In the black alley.
You don’t see marching then.
You see mothers in the streets crying
Over the spot where their children
once lived and she watches
As their blood, her blood
Stains the streets she raised
Her sons on.
To be honest
Black lives won’t matter until
Black lives value Black lives
Why doesn’t in matter
When we kill ourselves
We rest in contentment
As we watch cousins
Kill neighbors over stupid arguments
To be honest
We need to make a difference with us first
Our death shouldn’t only matter
When killed by a “Vanilla” person
To be honest
I don’t know
Black lives matter might have a hidden agenda
They insight rage without any real guidance for change
They start arguments with cowards
Who use guns to sublimit what they lack
Or fuel their hearted.
They lack experienced direction
And yet they make us feel like
We are not enough
To be honest
We fought hard for the life you guys get to live
And yet you dare to act like what you have gone through is worst
I’ll admit Social Media has helped in some cases
But, at most it has entitled you
To be honest
This generation
You millennials
Are fake “Woke”"
